1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the legal framework governing the relationship between jllws ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses or uses any service, game, feature, promotion, or content made available through jllws at the domain jllws.org and all associated subdomains.

By completing registration, making a deposit, logging into your account via jllws Login, or using any gaming product available on the Platform including but not limited to jllws Casino, Slot, Bingo, Royal Fishing, Caishen Fishing, and any live dealer or sports betting products, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Individuals who have been self-excluded from the jllws platform, or who have previously had their accounts terminated for cause, are not eligible to register a new account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full functionality of jllws, including making deposits, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses, you must complete the account registration process via jllws Login. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on jllws at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. jllws employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances, bonuses, or winnings may be forfeited at jllws's discretion.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jllws may result in account restrictions or suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jllws supports a range of Philippine-local payment channels including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other banking options as listed on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jllws does not accept payments in foreign currencies unless explicitly stated.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are generally processed and credited to your jllws account within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. jllws is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully verified; (b) all applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to any bonus balance must be satisfied prior to withdrawal; (c) the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold published on the Platform; (d) withdrawal requests may be subject to review for security and compliance purposes. jllws reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

The use of third-party payment methods is prohibited. jllws may report suspicious financial activity to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers are made available at jllws's sole discretion. Eligibility for any specific bonus may depend on your account tier, deposit history, geographic location, or other criteria as specified in the applicable promotion terms. jllws reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or refuse any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by jllws are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits applicable to each bonus are set out in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jllws takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is detected, jllws may suspend the account, void all bonus balances, and forfeit any winnings derived from abusive activity.

6. Gaming Rules

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network disconnection, or system error during an active game session, jllws will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a verified technical error on jllws's systems, the relevant wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to your account. jllws's decision in such matters is final.

All game outcomes on jllws are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for digital games, and by live human dealers operating under recorded conditions for live casino tables. jllws does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jllws and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of geographic circumvention.

• Transferring funds between accounts or facilitating chip dumping in any form.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jllws content without express prior written authorisation from jllws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jllws, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other losses arising from:

• Technical faults, server downtime, or interruptions to the Platform not within jllws's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions or payment service providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jllws's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

jllws collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jllws.org/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on jllws, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jllws implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure. You transmit data to jllws at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring that your own devices and connections are adequately secured.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

jllws reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if jllws determines, at its sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms or any applicable law. Upon termination for cause, jllws may forfeit any bonus balances, and may withhold withdrawal of any funds pending completion of an investigation.

You may close your jllws account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance in your account (net of any unsettled bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of jllws, shall first be referred to jllws's internal complaints resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes within thirty (30) days of submission, the parties may seek resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR where relevant to regulated gaming activities.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jllws reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jllws will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of jllws following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
